Consulting advice is provided on a fee-for-service basis; clients are billed monthly based on the services performed. Clients are typically Board Chairs, Compensation Committee Chairs, or Executive Directors. Mr. Smith works closely with all stakeholders to ensure that compensation decisions will be well understood by everyone involved and that they will address the needs of the organization as well as the concerns of the Board.
